Recently I purchased an item from ebay. The item was shipped on 01/05. Since the shipment was addressed to a residential location, with clear address there was no issue of not being able to find the address or not getting received.
On Saturday 03/05/2014, I sent got consecutive emails from from ebay (and not from Blue Dart) stating the following status:
03/05/2014 16:37, Delivery Attempted, "CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS INCORRECT"
03/05/2014 16:32, Shipment delivered, Shipment delivered to MAYANK RAICHURA
Now isn't this interesting, look at the time, after the item was delivered to me, it states that the item was not delivered to consignee because the address was incorrect.
And hey. I, the consignee, didn't even know that I'd received the shipment. Isn't it great?
It was already bad they would update the status to "CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS INCORRECT" to delay the payment by another day but impersonating the consignee? Seriously? That's just another level of fraud regularly done by these guys.
My verdict. Stay clear of Blue Dart of face the worst delivery service.
