I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Bloom Rooms City Centre Hotel that left me utterly disappointed. Having been a repeat customer of this establishment, I was shocked at the level of harassment and rudeness I encountered from the staff during my most recent stay.
The incident took an ugly turn when a scruffy-looking individual, who claimed to be the manager, got involved in the matter. To put it bluntly, his behavior was outright unprofessional and inexcusably rude. It's puzzling to see such a lack of professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position.
My frustration began when the hotel insisted on collecting my partner's mobile number, even though I had already provided a valid government ID, including my own mobile numbers.
When I inquired about this seemingly unnecessary demand, the staff's demeanor took a sharp turn for the worse. They became aggressive, harassed me with their persistent demands, and even threatened to cancel my confirmed booking. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy.
I was shocked by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff at Bloom Rooms City Centre Hotel. What makes this experience even more disappointing is the fact that they recently signed up Rahul Dravid as their brand ambassador. Mr. Dravid is known for his values and ethics in the world of sports, and this incident stands in stark contrast to the values he represents.
Imagine being thrown out of a hotel with a confirmed booking, despite being a loyal customer in the past. This experience has tarnished my perception of Bloom Rooms City Centre Hotel, and I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice. The complete lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff during my stay is inexcusable and has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Not sure why they are collecting mobile numbers in this day and age even after submitting IDs. Mobile numbers are then misused to flood customers with messages on WhatsApp and other modes and not to mention sold or given to other parties even at times.

Note: I still haven't received the refund despite being forcibly sent away. Today is 5 days from the episode.
