Hi bought some groceries and staples from Grofers thinking it might have a good service.
But to my surprise I got the items delivered approximatly 6 hours late after following up for 4-5 times with the customer care.
When ever I call to the customer care they said we had escalated and you will get a call from our customer service but I never get a call back or anything from them.
Because of these people delay delivery and non responsive I bought some goods again from outside which makes me double the items.
After delivering the delivery boy is saying sorry for the delay and he left. Really shame on these guys, there is no customer service or customer satisfaction required for these people.
Guys please be informed to customer regarding the order.
