EXTRA CHARGES BUT NO PROPER PACKING

TODAY WAS THE 7TH TIME SINCE JUNE MY DELIVERIES ARE COMING IN PIECES BECAUSE THE GENIUS RUNNING THE KORAMANGALA STORE REFUSES TO PROVIDE PROPER PACKAGING. THESE GUYS CHARGE PREMIUM FOR PRODUCE, IN ADDITION TO DELIVERY CHARGES, 'HANDLING' CHARGES BOTH ON EVERY ORDER+ SOMETIMES THERE ARE'SURCHARGES' DEPENDING ON THEIR MOOD. YET THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE PROPER GROCERY PACKING. SOMETIMES ALSO BREAD OR BANANAS WILL BE ON THE BOTTOM UNDER HEAVIER ITEMS. ANOTHER ISSUE IS QUALITY OF DELIVERY PEOPLE HAS GONE DOWN BAD, I'VE LOST COUNT HOW MANY ILLITERATE, CLINICALLY RETARDED, DELIVERY GUYS STAND AROUND LOOKING DIRECTLY AT MY BUILDING AND ASKING "WHICH 1ST BUILDING" BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY CANNOT COUNT FROM 1-3 TO DETERMINE WHICH BUILDING IS FIRST. BUT RIGHT NOW MY BIGGEST PEEVE IS THE BUSTED PARCELS. I HAVE MADE 6 COMPLAINTS WITH PHOTOS ATTACHED TO CS SINCE JUNE, AND THEY JUST KEEP DOING IT. I WARNED "AMMAR" THE LAST ONE I SPOKE TO THAT NEXT TIME I WON'T WASTE TIME WITH CS I WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS BUT HE OBVIOUSLY THOUGHT I WAS BLUFFING, SO TODAY I DID EXACTLY THAT. HERE IS THE GRIEVANCE I FILED WITH NDCA VIA INGRAM AND I HAVE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS TO CONFIRM THE SAME WAS RECEIVED:


I would like to report ongoing problem with Blinkit grocery delivery service. 6 times since June this year I have reported bad packing to their CS, but all complaints are met with false promises that it will never happen again. This company charges premium prices+ handling fee on every order+ delivery fee on every order and sometimes a "surcharge" per their whims. Yet despite all these extra charges(because high prices on produce just is not enough fleecing to satisfy them), I STILL get my groceries literally falling out of the bag. Several times I had to wash groceries with soap/water because they were filthy from falling on the ground before reaching my door. 6 times I have submitted photos to Blinket CS and brought this ongoing problem to their attention, but chalta hai nothing changes. CS are pathological liars, always promise the problem will be addressed when they know it never will. If they refuse to provide proper packing, they should STOP charging extra.
