After using different NOKIA models (last one being E71) I bought the Blackberry Curve 8520 and did not regret my choice.
Priced modestly for its features, its an excellent business phone. Simple and elegant in design its got all the basic features of a business phone and is at the same time extremely user friendly and does not take any time to get used to. The track pad is easy to use and sturdy. Its light for its size( 106 gm).
Email receiving and replying is easy. The key pad is well set up and you can type fast and easily. I regret that I did not buy it earlier. Far superior to the e series from NOKIA, in use. All the features are extremely user friendly and adding contacts etc is far easier than other phones. All calls are listed in a single list with easy distinction for incoming, outgoing and missed calls.
I must say that it is a phone designed with the customer in view and is as good as a mini computer. I can avoid carrying my laptopĀ in many instances and quick replies to emails can be sent in a jiffy. I do not use the camera and cannot comment on it. Anyhow a camera on a phone according to me is only for the novices or for emergencies. Rest of the features basicall required for a phone are excellent. For me this is the ultimate phone for its price and I do not thinkĀ I will need to upgrade or replace unless I lose it or it malfunctions. A long time buy and worth every penny.
