This is to bring your kind attention to the financial irregularities
reported in the organization named BITBNS(a Cryptocurrency exchange).
I am one of the users who are affected by the alleged financial
irregularities practiced by your corporate bitbns. Bitbns is a
cryptocurrency exchange. That means users deposit money from the bank account to the bitbns exchange, buy and sell the financial assets from that money and withdraw the money from bitbns exchange back to their bank accounts.
In bitbns exchange, users deposit the money to the bitbns but they are completely not able to take the money out of the exchange in any way, neither can they withdraw INR to their bank account nor they are able to withdraw their crypto assets. I have come across many users who share the same experience with all proofs. There are several media reports related to the same.
Below are the details of my transactions made at bitbns,
- I made 4 upi deposits to the upi account given on your
website(hatke@upi), presumably it is the personal upi id and bank
account of Mr. Gaurav Dahake.
I purchased a cryptocurrency named ETH from that money. As of this writing I have 0.53910336 ETH in my account, which is equivalent to INR 1, 15, 638.76, based on 1ETH=2, 14, 515 INR on platform.
I tried multiple times to withdraw the asset ETH, but every time
the withdrawal was cancelled by support of your corporate bitbns,
without even giving any justification for the same. Attaching the
screenshot for the same. I raised multiple support tickets to resolve
this, but there was absolutely no progress made on them(Ticket
numbers 697647, 697017, 697013, 696181, 696097, 696096).
- I have again requested for the withdrawal of crypto asset ETH,
but that failed too.

Update - I got my crypto back after fighting with them. So just do not keep sitting on your a$es boys. Go and fight for your money. Report to cyber crime. Otherwise keep sulking and forget about it. This generation is so easy to get duped.
