This company sells health supplements and related products online via their website home-check.net.in. I do not know why the guys at Mouthshut incorrectly categorized it as a bank, but it is definitely an error on their part.
This is my second complaint about Biotech Trading Pvt Ltd regarding the SAME order.
ORDER ID #: 3497.
INVOICE #: INV-2012-00862.
AMOUNT PAID ONLINE WITH SBI CREDIT CARD: Rs. 2, 099/-
ORDER DATE: 21 December, 2013.
First, after ordering the product, they sent it to the wrong address. They sent it to the billing address instead of shipping. They requested the two separate addresses, then were unable to differentiate between the two, despite me giving complete and accurate details.
I also asked that my cell number be included on the shipping label for the convenience of the half-wit courier who never bothered to use it.
Finally, today which is 17th of January, 2014, the courier brings it to my home only to attempt an extortion stunt on my wife. Despite this product being paid for in full with a credit card online, he attempted to extort another Rs. 2, 099/- cash from her.
When she explained to him that it was paid for and offered to show him the online invoice he became hostile, refused to listen and was not interested in viewing any invoice and demanded that she give him back the parcel. He got belligerent and refused to leave until being given the parcel.
I am still in the process of trying to resolve this matter but I will NEVER buy from these goondas again and I suggest that others avoid them like plague.
