I bought my car and have been giving it for service at Bimal for 4 yrs now. Finally I give up and have to ay that they are absolutely unreliable.
My car had problems right at delivery( was dirty as a new car and had issue with door bidding). And every time I did service, it came back half done and every time they would need to take it back . This time, they have been calling me for 3 months every single week and finally when I scheduled the service, no one showed to pick the car up and no one cared to inform. When you complain to their managers, they would apologize and promise to redo but they r never willing to address the underlying problem.
I am finally tired to them and erasing them to be my service shop. Cant trust them.
