I admitted my mother in Billroth hospitals for kidney issue after getting feedback from the internet and friends, all they said, treatment is fine, finally, I decided to admit in Billroth Hospitals Shenoy Nagar.
Day 1, Dr. Pradeep who attends my mother one of the very worst inexperienced doctors in Billroth Hospital I never saw such a worst doctor in my life.
Day 2, Dr. Dhanasekaran S E - Nephrologists who attended my mother and told me to go for dialysis but before that we have to check her body condition.
Day 3, here what they played with my mum's life and brought a lot of complications which I never expect from this Billroth hospital. They have taken my mum for a general check-up which was planned to bring new complication and they have taken to ICU which is worst ICU looks like a general ward. We can see every day 3 to 4 dead bodies taken out from ICU that too at midnight. Very rude nurses, injunctions are given the same as animals.
Day 4, ICU Dr. Chakravarthi Alapati who taken in-charge for my mother in the day time - my mother was totally ill and can't even speak properly, I have informed Dr. Chakravarthi, he said, very casually I will check her and will take care. In the evening during visiting hours, I saw my mum and soo happy she was very alert and looks perfectly all right. Night shift ICU doctor came Dr. Nirmal Raj who is not at all suit for ICU and totally incapable to understand the patient situation.
Day 5, In the morning during ICU visiting hours, I have seen my mum and totally depressed again she can’t able to talk and looks like in the coma stage. I have informed Dr. Chakravarthi Alapati and he said, she has some problem in the heart and we have given treatment for the same and she will be alright. I am shocked and totally disappointed.
Day 6, same status UP's and Down with dialysis.
Day 7, same UP's and down with dialysis. During these 7 days, I have spent 6.8 lakhs and I have only a few thousand. Finally, Dr. Chakravarthi and Dr. Nirmal Raj said, we will try our level best, rest in God's hand. I was totally angry and upset with doctors.
Day 8, I personally visited Dr. Dhanasegaran and explained the situation, he said, life is a game, we don't know who will lose or win, we can't help you, we can only do our treatment. Hope and faith have to come only from God, after getting 7 lakhs rupees, they raise the hands. Because I said, I don't have money and it may take a few more days to pay the pending amount 50k. This message goes to Dr. Poorna Chandran(silent criminal) and GM of the Billroth Hospitals, who started behaving rudely with me because I have not paid the pending amount 50k.
Finally, after analyzing the 8 days of experience, I realized Dr. Dhanasegaran words, "life is a game" but its absolutely wrong and it was purely "Billroth Hospitals game" slowly they will try to bring "N" of complications to patients and ensure attender and Patient are in their control till the last money I spend. At last but not the least, either they will give as a dead body(99%) or they will say, take to GH or any other hospitals.
