BigFlix is very good to me!. Review on Bigflix

I am a member since Sept.2008. I have had good experience so far, be it with store people or be it with the delivery boy or be it with their customer care representative. Everyone was nice!

• I have watched around 40+ movies and they were all in very good quality. I used to take both Hindi movies(say more than one year older) and lot of English movies.

  
  




• During my kids' X-mas holidays, I was able to keep my kids quiet(at least for couple of hours) by getting 2 discs per day(I took 2-disc plan). Everyday morning I submit a pickup request through online/website before 8am and the top two available movies(from my queue) will be delivered in the same day between 2pm and 6pm promptly. When we need to go out of home, we will leave the discs at our building's watchman.the delivery person will take it from watchman and leave new discs. For the last month, this system is working very well for us without any trouble for us and kids enjoy good cartoon/animation movies etc everyday.

  
  




• Lot of people here are complaining about the collection.I think they are visiitng the store. Note that stores can not have all the titles.the better value for your money comes only when you make of HOME DELIVERY.

  
  




• Through website you can find out in which store a specific movie is available.if you are dying to watch that movie immeidiately, go to that store and pickup.

  
  




• Website is very slow but the search options and the way movie information has been listed are nice. For some movies they need to add complete description.hope they will do that soon.

  
  




• Customer care service is good. They resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  
  




• Through BigFlix, I get a chance to watch THE BEST films in other languages as well. I see this is one of the best benefit. As most of the DVDs have "english" subtitle, I can manage understanding the language.
