I believe in one thing about companies - You can trust them when they are helpful at times of crisis.
This lockdown has given me some new companies to trust while some of my old favorites are no longer helpful. One of such company is BigBasket.com.
Delivery & Timeliness: Since the start of the lockdown until last week, BigBasket, never had a single slot available for delivery. My brother ordered a few essentials from them and we were expecting it on Wednesday. Instead of delivering the order we got a text at the last minute after we tried reaching their customer service that the order cannot be delivered.
Reliability: I can no longer trust a company that wasn't helpful at the times of crisis. My trust is shaken and honestly, I don't think I can rely on it anymore.
