Yesterday evening, I went to another new shopping mall opened in mulund recently. Big Bazar, It has G+2 Floors so far occupied. They have a great variety and lots of stuff. Anything and everything from kitchen utensils to Air Conditioners to Mobile phones. Also a corner for Mithai and Namkeens. a variety in kid's clothing at very reasonable rates. They also sell vegetables and grocery, which is cheaper than what you get outside. They have a slogan painted on one of their walls '' Trolley bhar jayegi lekin dil nahi bharega ''. I plan to visit there again and then I think I'll write more about them. The only thing that put me off were the payment clerks they were not at all efficient in handling the bar code scanners and the computer terminals. If they improve upon that then there will not be long queues while checkout and no heated exchange of words.
After visit @ weekend
Visited Big Bazaar last Sunday and it was big mess there. Long queues outside the mall. People waiting for their turn to get inside the mall. Inside there were lots of heated discussions. Closed snack center. They just couldn't handle such a great crowd. I think people were visiting mostly out of curiosity rather than for buying anything.
