Big bazaar is a supermarket store which is a chain store in New Delhi. The experience I had with big bazaar, Inderlok. From the start, Big bazaar has got a good parking, lots of space for parking is there as it is attached with the Inderlok metro station. After submitting our stuff in baggage counter, we enter from ground floor enterance, after inspecting the stock present in the store, we came to the following conclusion.
Big bazaar does not keep branded clothes, only one known brand which caught my eye was Ruff & tuff jeans. Both men & women clothes were non-branded & sub-standard clothes are also sold.Talking about sub standard items they had clothes, cricket kit, Table mats, sports accessories etc. of such quality. Some of the clothes are so poor in quality that you will like to miss a visit to Big Bazaar. The furniture & electronics are of fair quality, as we can notice likes of Phillips & Sony brand .They also have a PS2 in their store as well.
When we talk about the grocery section, it is even more disappointing. Unfresh food items with newer tags are sold. Similar is the case of my Gillette shaving foam . When I removed the paper pasted. I can notice the shaving foam already expired. This is not new as shaving foams & deo which expires or are on verge of expiry are sold with a newer manufacturing tag. That is why I prefer to buy these items from chemist shop. e.g Once they were selling Set wet shampoo, which was about to expire on tomorrow & they were selling it. One more thing I have noticed in Big Bazaar is that some people open the styling gel & shampoo bottle fearlessly. That's not all somebody once opened a bag of candy & ate one of those candies And other time somebody was applying fair & handsome cream on his face & said "There are no cameras, you can apply it too". This is bad, Big Bazaar has no safety measures in order to save their products. The safety cameras are no where in store, as I have seen this thing happened in various part of these stores.
Hence, Big Bazaar is not recommended by me.
