It is one of the leading operators in India now after Jio.But frankly speaking its upliftment is because of scarcity of a good service provider.I had airtel sim and was so fed up with it and had to jump to other service provider.I was facing frequent call drop issue and in some areas even inside my house I got a worst signal strength and inorder to attend the calls I have to roam in the roads for a better signal.i have contacted airtel for this issue many times but they just told "it will be fixed soon".Anotherproblem I faced was offers.It would stick on same offers and not more than that.inorder to tackle JIO it gave an offer that for one year jst 300+(not exactly remembering) and 1 year free and actuualy I had to pay every month this month for unlimited! This offer may eb given by any service provders
