Hi, I had given the video & photography of my marriage to Bharat Matrimony Subsidiary company named matrimony photography.
They sent me two children who looks 19 years to photograph & Video graph of my marriage. They just brought a normal dslr camera with normal lens. I ask them is this enough to Shoot the entire marriage & they informed this is enough & just require best lighting & what we have over here is enough to shoot the marriage.
After one week, the team contacted me & informed me that my my marriage videos are completed & can collect from there office. as there information I went there & collect the videos. they ruined complete videos, my marriage function was not there just take the video of people who where surrounded there & nothing important. I requested for the photos to select. they provide me a USB with photos. I collect and check the photos there where only 50 photos I could only select from them.
I ask them to refund the 50% of the money, they took me to room where they told me that there manager was sitting. he was just a gunda. he told me that, if you ask me for the money one more time & come & disturb us. we will give a fake case to police & put you in jail.
Please don't go to there office in MG Road, Cochin, Kerala or there centers in Tamil Nadu. I only knows the contact name of an executive named Aswathy. they are not providing me the album or even answering my calls. when they understand its me; they disconnect the phone.
