It has some nice ambience.
Has got some good correspondence programs.
It has BIM(Bharathidasan Institute of Management) which is one of the top B-schools in India.
The curricula and syllabi are rather OK.
It still has to make a lot of inroads into becoming a top-class university.
This university caters to the needs of students/colleges of Trichy and its locales.
It has to improve a lot.
It is still young and is growing pretty fast.
Overall, a good university, given the standard of many of the colleges such as
St. Joseph'ss
Bishop Heber
Some great engg colleges
J M C
etc etc
