Don't avail Bharatbooking Holidays India Pvt Ltd
I booked a Sikkim package with these guys for my family along with the families of 2 of my friends 4 months ahead of the date to get everything in place as we were traveling with kids and did not want inconvenience.

took our booking and gave us a Premium+ package at a premium price as it was peak season as per them.
Reality:
1. We were on a Premium+ package(Xylo/Sumo) and got a broken, damaged and old Bolero which is locally used on sharing basis. As soon as I saw the car, I raised the complaint with him and he promised to change it the next day, as it was difficult to change it from the airport. The next day, we got another same broken Bolero with a grumpy driver. I complained again and shared the pics of the broken car. Nothing changed.
2. On way to North Sikkim, the car finally broke down as it was already in very bad shape smelling diesel throughout. We were left stranded with kids on the Gorudomnagar lake with no vehicles and no support from Bharatbooking Holidays India Pvt Ltd. We somehow managed to convince two different families who were on their way back, to fit in different cars and somehow escaped from the low oxygen zone. The kids were already dizzy and the grownups were also sick. Our driver was trying to flee when the army personnel stopped him and asked him to help us.
3. I kept calling the sales and the management team, but no help. We somehow reached our hotel in two separate shared cars. Finally, Bharat booking sent another bad-condition Sumo to pick us up from the hotel. We were still paying a premium+ package.
4. I narrated the entire trauma, that and my family went through because of their carelessness and bad cars and drivers. In return, rather than helping us, they kind of held us hostage. They asked for the balance amount to be paid immediately, or else no car will be provided the next day. They kept us waiting for half of the day, till we made the payment. There was one lady named Geet, who kept calling constantly for money.
My overall experience with them was extremely bad. Not just about the cars, but the behavior and lack of empathy even for our kids. They are in the hospitality industry and have zero respect and empathy for customers. My entire vacation was ruined by these guys even after paying a premium+ price. Not to mention the embarrassment and risk.
