I recently enrolled my child in Bhanzu for their Math and English programs, and I am deeply disappointed with the experience. Before making the payment, I was assured that the classes would start the following week. However, after paying, the Math classes began promptly, but I was told the English program would take 2-3 weeks to start, which was not communicated beforehand.
Another major issue is their lack of flexibility and support. If for some reason we are unable to attend a scheduled class, even with prior notice, they do not provide backup classes, particularly for English. This policy is highly inconvenient for families with busy schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
For the high price they charge, I expected a more professional and accommodating approach. I feel disappointed with Bhanzu with their policies.
