I had very terrible experience with Bhagyashri travels two times.
First time, when I was travelling from Pune to Gujarat, even though they are supposed to take bypass route of mumbai, they took the bus inside at the very deep of Mumbai and extended 3-4 hours of journey to reach the destination.
When we talked with driver and he said, talk with office and they are not responding well to overcome the situation, only reason driver took inside the mumbai was to fill the empty seats of the bus whose money would go directly to his pockets. When returning from gujarat( another time) , I booked this bus the deal was good and timings were perfect for me, so booked and they took nashik road, from karjat they drove the bus so again it took 4 hrs extra for me to reach Pune. Both times, drivers were rude in talking and in behavior as they know already that their office is not going to tell them anything for this kind of behavior.I would not recommend for particular routes for sure.
