I came across a site thru facebook viz. bhaap.com (steaming hot daily deals).. Seemed genuine but they are not!
They specialize in cheating gullible customers, that's what they made it feel..They have made their site look great, as if offering stuff at rates lower than any other website...
Their site says -

A false commitment...You cannot contact them in any way...No Address; No Phone numbers mentioned on their site!
I placed an order (Order #100003077) on September 20, 2012 for White Light 10 Min Teeth Whitening Kit. Made the payment online...It was mentioned in the site that they would deliver within 19 days.
It's over a month today, and still it is getting delivered. When I sent a mail to their customer care, their so called customer crew's executive Anika replies that they have not yet got the product and they would deliver it within a fortnight. When I asked for the refund, they bluntly say it would take 3-4 weeks....
I tried posting on their Facebook page, but they do not want any negative comments... So they have blocked me from posting any comment..... This clearly shows that they are not interested in delivering but they are more keen on cheating people...
I am fed up constantly writing to them, and thought MouthShut.com is the ideal place to highlight about this online fraud company.
Friends, I lost just Rs. 500/-, but please do not place orders for anything in this site..until and unless there is a facility for COD (Cash on Delivery).... Never make any online payments to bhaap.com, it just goes away like steam!!!
