We made the worst decision selected this scam company for our entire new home. 7 bedrooms closets and 3 entire kitchens. I have interacted with 100’s of vendors and suppliers but none who lie at every step, cheat, are unprofessional and severely understaffed. And all these you realise only after you have made the payment and given the order.
1. They have an excellent sales team with Ms. Swathi and her “madam” Ms. Kaur over calls who have an impressive setup for demo where they nicely scapegoat you in a lot of commitments like delivery, quality which will never be fulfilled.
2. They deliver the material not as per your schedule although they commit that but as per their wish and 5 months post our house warming still the installation is not complete.
3. They have no own delivery service and the 3rd party they assign usually unloads irresponsibly as shown in photos where 2 of our dressing and closet full size mirrors were completely broken and shattered and were replaced with local unfinished mirrors. Rest of the vendors like painters were also not able to work because nobody was available to move these parts.
4. They have only Mr. Basavaraj who knows how to install the equipment who is either on holiday to his native or always in out station visits but never available to visit for weeks together. Even the other team which comes for visits mixes up different closets with different lofts and wrong setups.
5. Ms. Swathi talks to you very nicely pre-sales but once order is placed, she is always sick and in hospital and does not pick calls for weeks together. From last August she has sent me 0 messages and never called me yet.
6. None of the commitments on even measurements of kitchen and closets are as per their wish and they cheat by showing something different and delivering something else.
7. The delivered material is full of dents, scratches and cracks and their only response is to spray paint wherever you complaint and in process spilling paint over newly painted walls and floors for which you will have to bear the expenses.
8. They know their scams and due to this reason, they ask to make 100% payment in advance because nobody on their right minds will support them seeing at their service.
Even after 5 months still the project is yet to complete. They have given so much tension during house warming that the entire program was marred only because of half or uninstalled setups in front of guests.
It is a wonder they have these many positive reviews but I would never recommend Bethliving
to friends or family.
