In the old days to make a Video movie, we all needed the following:-
*Editing console= costly.
Camera(Vhs/u-matic) costly.
VTW(video TYPE WRITER) costly.
Tapes(Stock shots) costly
SEG(Special Effects Generator) Very costly.
Accessories= costly altogether.(stands and other paraphernalia)
Audio recording equipment= costly.*
COME THE INTERNET AGE, which I will call YOUTUBE age. We have millions of Video clips online, Now every established big name website like:YAHOO, GOOGLE, HI5, MYSPACE, ORKUT, DEKHONA, FACEBOOK, BIGADDA, FRIENDSTER etc., provide Video upload options, you are invited to watch and contribute and become a ROCKSTAR.
Now a days the most important software online is VIDEO SOFTWARE, Let me tell you I have tinkered with many Video Soft wares but whew! every day I come across a new utility providing better functions and greater operability. Big bucks must follow Video Software these days, seeing our online world at the verge of a exciting phase, still our PC's are sold without basic VIDEO facilities, see how the market makers are sleeping for their alarms! to go off still. We have to purchase separately speakers, USB ports and Video Editors and other necessary soft wares.
Still we are buying many Video media accessories piece by piece, A PC integrated with Video Camera, Speakers and other Video up loaders, compressors, Editors and Audio software will mean big business, I must name this PC youtube ready PC. This demand is surging like oceans soon manufacturers will be caught off guard.
A PC user must demand Nokia PC SUITE, Video Codices installed like avi, mpeg, mp4, 3gp, divx etc. with all major Video players, like RM, REAL, WINDOWS MEDIA and other important players. We need PC'S with stock footage videos, we need PC'S with audio(mp3, wma etc., ) instruments files in millions of mega bytes. Who has these now?
We need VIDEO editors like Ulead and Windows Movie Maker, don't be mislead by the simple name given to a very nice and powerful VIDEO editor(Windows Movie Maker) people tend to think this software is just to capture video files from the cameras and different hardware, but they don't see the a beautiful Video Editor it has in it. Windows Movie Maker only lacks VIDEO FRAME CROPPING. Once this function is available it will be MY VIDEO STUDIO.
Video Editors must give us more options of AUDIO TIME LINE editing detached from the Video file, It must make cropping and resizing the frames more easy. I am on the look out for these new exciting soft wares online these days, I will also want a super quality screen capture software, I will also want a conversion software without watermark. What gives the right to a conversion software to water mark a Video, The video file itself is a shooting of camera and hard work of others, We use just a converter and they water mark every frame of the video as if it is their output!

Our present day Windows Movie Makers and Ulead Video Editors are limited in scope, where is online structure for MOBILE TO WEB upload? After the ease of USB ports printers and cameras and other hardware can shift their connectivity to USB ports, I like these ports, simple to connect and simple to disconnect, not fussy and they work with only small drivers. Other ports need a lot of drivers and software to setup and still they malfunction.
Now all the software highlighting is done, let me write a few lines about my present day favorite Video Editing Software I will give a few lines about its features.

*This software comes pre-installed with XP and above versions of windows, It is a bare bone Video Editor, but I choose to write about it because of its ease of use features:-
Almost all Video clips shot with mobile phones can be imported in its timeline, provided you have those Video Codecs installed on your system. This software has a inbuilt Video file size compressor working inside of it, there is no mention anywhere about it, I found this out while working with it. The compressor is as good as separate downloaded software anywhere online. Title insertions over the Video or in separate title pages are very useful and have many font size and font shape options to it, you can also give multiple titles thru it.
The basic Video Effects provided are just right for a hobby Video maker like me, I want more, but what it has is ok, there are effects like zoom, ageing speeding or slow motioning your videos. There is no duration limit to the file size you can open in this Editor. You can trim a video and trim a audio timeline, you can mute audio or music which you don't want, these things creep into your VIDEO shoot on your MOBILE CAM. You can EDIT them away. You can join many small clips into a big one and you can also join many small audio clips into a big one.
THE OUTPUT
We can save output files of VIDEO in WMV format and AUDIO files in WMA format, you can start familiarizing yourself with the 3 different timelines and experiment with clips and you have a COMPLETE VIDEO STUDIO on your MOUSE CLICKS and Key board presses. I for myself edit audio portions and video portions I like and join them on this software. I may require
converters to copy my self made videos on my mobile phones.
