The Best of Me – an apt title for the album which contains 15 of Bryan Adams’ smash hits that raced to the No. 1 spot in the Billboard and the European charts. The album is a runaway success with a number of infectious tracks. Starting off with the title track The Best of Me, Bryan Adams steps up the momentum with the classic hit, Summer of ’69. The middle part of the album is a smooth ride with sentimental tracks like Please Forgive Me and Let’s make a night to remember. Bryan Adams’ voice is instantly recognizable with its fluid, emotive and totally distinct appeal. There’s never a dull moment on this album or any sort of production flaws. The two slow heart-burners, I’m ready and Everything I do really turn you on. The tracks like Back to You, Run to You and The Only Thing That Looks Good on me is You catches on faster than super glue. Pounding beats, great rhythms, clever vocal, intelligent sequencing and a great tempo are what makes this album a must-have. The track, Inside Out closes this album on perfect note.
