I had placed and order on Zomato order no.3902842191 dated 11th April’21 which has hair in the food.
The concern that arises here is a brand like Berco’s do not have the quality and hygiene in place.
I spoke to some one on Zomato chat and the poor lady said the restro is irresponsive right now but when we place an order the same restro seems to be on toes to deliver the order so this is the irony here.
Wanted to attcah the images for a better understanding however could not find an option so haven’t done so and hope some one would be responsive here atleast.
