I am disappointed with the poor response by APHS to my complaint about the recurring problem of water seepage in my apartment. It is obvious that their contractor DID not use the special waterproofing material that was supposed to have been used. There was no supervision by APHS during execution of work.
Now, having come and seen the damage, they are refusing to do the repair work.
What should I do?
