I would like to write a review about this tour operators. My friend booked a tour package to Dubai. But for him it was a bad experience from them.
They booked the trip for the deewali holiday time and changed all their plans to another day. But on previous day they called and said they postponed the trip to next vacation. When they asked the cash they didn't return back and forced them to go to the trip whenever they arranged.
For my friend it was very difficult to change all the plans and schedule the programs. However they went to the program as per their more pressure.
The flight trip was good. But the hotels and restaurants which they booked was too pathetic and very much hard to tolerate it. My friend didn't have good food on that days. The rooms where they stayed was not with good facilities and services. They got only one bedroom for 5 members. Before they told should be give two bedrooms.
They didn't treat the passangers in good manner. There were no proper guide to tell the historical stories of every places. They didn't take any precautions for the customers who needed first aid, drinking water, snacks etc.
And didn't cover all the places whatever they told before the trip. Overall for my friend it was not a good experience from this team.
