Hi,
This is one of your most dissatisfied customer who again committed a mistake of trusting your brand.
Kindly check I had an issue with your article some 4-5 months back and again I purchased an article last week which too seems to be defective which is in a condition that surprised me and made me think whether Bata is actually doing a QC or simply selling defective articles to people like us.
I have attached the picture for your reference and this slipper was wore only once and the result is astonishing.
The above mail was send on 13th Dec'17 to which an automated reply was received after sending reminders and out of no where a mail again was received which actually made me think that people in Bata are simply minting money sitting on their work stations and not actually aishwaryasingh23ing any attention to the customer's concerns.

I had mentioned in my first mail very clearly that the article was purchased a week ago then why are you people replying me that the article is 9 months old and you people cannot do anything.
At least read the mails properly and if in case you cannot understand what's written my contact number was mentioned in the mail, you could have called up and asked about the issue.
Hope someone sensible will address my issue ASAP.
