I remember when I joined Barclays, I had a skeptic mind poking if this was gonna be a smart decision. I now can confirm that working with Barclays is gonna be the most intelligent decision one would ever take. I can see change and boosting confidence since I have been a part of this amazing organisation. Training, management, support or HR you name it and they are right there for you. I have been working since last 3 years and got promoted lately. Yes I had difficulties and challenges, but, wouldn’t it be so boring if you get your promotion with no evil?
