This a bank has a branch in my area which is the nearest bank branch from my house I have a saving bank account in this bank which let me do my all financial work very easily .

This bank does not provide any phone banking service rather than you can use its internet banking service only if you have a debit or ATM card, so don’t think to open a account if you want to use phone banking service for money transaction . Also you can ask them for balance through a missed call, so please think more than one time before opening a saving bank account in this bank .

After the phone banking facility, let us talk about the ATM availability service of this bank, this bank has some basic feature regarding its ATM related terms, so please don’t go to this bank if you want a great ATM service in your saving bank account . This bank has some ATMs and a e – gallery in my area which let you do money withdrawing and deposits and passbook printing facility in its e- gallery . But it only work for withdrawing in most of the time . And it works only if you have a debit card .

The internet banking service of this bank is quite satisfying because it provides almost every internet banking service through its website and it doesn’t give you even a single disadvantage of internet banking service . It provides online trading, customer account statement and lots of important features through its website and it also give you a option of turning off the money transaction feature from internet banking , infact you have to go to its branch and have to apply for turning on the online transaction service which is very satisfying for a security loving customer .

And finally let us talk about its customer service, and the customer service of this bank is very poor I think, the toughest thing in this bank is withdrawing cash because they can take more then half hour for one withdrawal, thus you can do all other things very properly by talking to their employs and in the last I have to say that the overall customer service of this bank is not very good but it can work for a normal people . This bank provides you every banking facility but its speed is very slow .
