I feel this review is:
I have got an account in Bank of India in Virar branch. I wanted to activate online banking services which is so useful these days. However i was disappointed with their procedure. You first need to fill a form and then the details will be sent via post. You need to take it to the branch then to get it activated which is totally a hassle for working professionals. Virar east branch also has fewer staff members and not adequate responsible staff to accommodate request of the crowd present. Half the time the ATM has no cash or is out of service. My already working card was reissued without my knowledge and i was forced to collect and then told to sign a form to cancel the new card as the old one was not expired yet.
