Worst bank ever. Review on Bank of India

Bank of india is such a large bank and it located in all states of india.

My personal experience of bank of india is very very very bad.

There are too many reasons to hate bank of india are : -

1 ) always link fail

2 ) behaviour of staffs

3 ) not proper work on time

4 ) not even place to sit and wait for traffic of account holders

And many more

I have an account in bank of india from last 7 years and every time when I go to bank, there's always traffic of account holders.the most popular and one of the reason is, they says it ( link fail hae ) .

Every day they have internet problem and at the same place different banks are available like sbi, dena bank, bandhan bank etc, they dont have to face internet problem any day.only bank of india have this problem.

They dont have chairs to sit and wait for their works.widow's came for vriddha pension and they dont get seat to relax in theit old age.

Behaviour is very bad of all staffs of boi.the cashier is less faster then a tortoise. If you asked the cashier to work fast, he'll get angry on you.and i'll tell you why.he clear a person from the cash counter in 10 minutes.bank time is of 6hrs which is 10am to 4pm, 00: 30 lunch means actual working time is 5hr 30min.

And the cashier takes 10min on 1 person.

Means he clears 60-70 people a day.

How the people get their anger down. 600-700 people comes to bank everyday.then how they can deal with this kind of banks.

When I opened my account since last 7yrs ago then they told me not to give atm because I was under adult.but the question is my friend is also under adult, he also have an account in the same bank then why he has atm, and i'll not get.

I didnt understood what is the matter.
