I feel this review is:
I applied for a car loan and it was a total confusion and had multiple follow ups for getting the loan processed provided all the documentation and profs being right. I have never experienced such bad customer service from any bank. You will have to keep providing same information to multiple people who call you and also the bank does not share all the details up front.
