Hope you might have heard about the front fork failure on Pulsar 200 recently. Such faulty parts can easily take out lives out of this Planet. Bajaj quality is getting from Bad to WORSE with passing days. I was just going throug Overdrive forum

and found a shocking article which has been put by Pulsar 220 DTSFi owner on XBHP.com. The owner explains the ills of Bajaj service in the posting and says that on one fine day all of a sudden there was a blast near his legs(near engine). He stops the bike and thinks the exhaust pipe has come off, but he checks out that one of the spark plug has blasted off into pieces. Luckily the friver was unhurt !
This is very shameful technology of Bajaj Auto, Pulsar 220 buyers, please read the entire stroy at,

*Please avoid Bajaj bikes as they are built very unreliable and instaces like breaking forks and blasting engine can easily kill people. Kindly pass this information to your loved ones and help save lives!

".Sunday evening I had gone for team-bhp meat. While coming back I heard a blasting sound with big spark from my bike.at the right side, this happens when I had given full throttle in 2nd gear, usually I do cross 6K RPM in 2nd gear.
I stopped imidiatly thought silencer may comes out of the bike. But when I inspect the bike I found the Spark Plug was missing. Means it was spark plug which was blowned out at 6K+ RPM. Thank god, it wasnt hit my leg or someone else on the road. I was not able to find the spark plug in the night at around 11 PM. I put my bike in hotel itself. Came by auto. Whole night I was just teasing service guy for keeping it loose.
Next morning, exact 9:30 I called service station and blasted on them.
They have provided me one service guy with new Spark Plug.(P220 spark plug are totally different from all other Pulsars, and one will not find it in any other service center. I will suggest all P220 owners to keep spare spark plug of both the side. Both side spark plug are different in size)
Here comes quality issue, when we inspect the bike in the morning, we found the spark plug was broken imidiatly after the thread ."
