My first Love, My Bike. Review on Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi

Hi guys, I just wrote a review on Activa which I enjoyed for 2 years, but after that, when I started going to college, I took a bike for myself & that was none other than Pulsar 150 Dtsi Digital. I fell in love with this bike the very moment I saw it, ..The looks are just stunning.

When I went to see the bike, I liked it that very moment..After a test ride & understanding a few features of the bike, I booked it instantly..It was Sept 2006 when I booked it..I got my delivery in a week & there I was with my first bike..A jet black pulsar DTSi 150 cc Digital bike.

It has an auto-start with twin plug, so in case on start plug malfunctions, the other one is there to take care..150cc engine, 15 liters fuel tank, nitro-suspension which can be adjusted as per the convenience, broad rear tire, front disc brake with superb pick-up & an average of aroung 45 +...During the first 6 months my bike gave me 50 + km/l which is way too good for such power & speed.

However it went down a little after it got a little old but still 45 + is good enough from such a bike..The seat is a little uncomfortable for long distance traveling, the seat should have been a little wider..otherwise the pick up is simply awesome & so is the speed...can easily reach 100 + without any problems..great bike to control in traffic too..I enjoy riding it even after almost 5 years.

However in rainy season you need to take special care of it..water enters the tank very easily & causes problems in the engine..I faced that problem twice coz I didn't put the tank cover & water went inside my bike's fuel tank which later troubled the engine.Also the switches are a little sensitive to water & might get short-circuited due to water..Had to change it once again due to water logging..apart from all this the bike is simply great.

Buy it & you won't regret.The best bike by bajaj & one of India's best bike in recent times.
