I am a fan of desi products so I decided to go for Bajaj Food Processor against Philips & Morphy Richards on 31st Dec 2015 which I regret for having made such a decision. I am from Bangalore
Trouble started from their on.
Called the customer support number in Mumbai(only number they give) - they talk only Hindi and Horrible English. If you speak in English they keep telling you ya, ya, yes, no. With great difficulty I could manage to have complaint registered for the Demo. Till now Demo has not happened. The local customer support is also hopeless, useless, toothless, all less.
To my surprise I found that this product is manufactured in China and not in India even though it is Branded as Bajaj. It is only labelled. No value of Make in India campaign. I was very very disappointed here again.
The quality of the plastic is also pathetic, Very brittle, I bet definitely it will not last long. it will break which cleaning. Blade holders are broken.The processor stopped working on the 4th day. After making numerous calls to Mumbai customer support & writing emails one person by came and collected the processor for repair after 3 days and disappeared.
No local support numbers are available, After making lot of calls to Mumbai customer support finally got three local contact numbers which is of no use and they never pickup the calls. Now I don't know where is my product whether I will be getting it back or not. My sincere advise will be DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY this crap product and loose you money. I do not have words to describe the quality of this hopeless product. Only 2 words I can say: DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY; DON'T BUY.
