Hi, I am Nishan from Hyderabad and have taken an OD Facility from Bajaj Finserv on 18th June, 2023 when I did not even have a requirement for it but still took it as it may be useful on a rainy day.
The Salesperson continuously called me multiple times regardless of the timing. Be it during the day at 7 AM or in the night at 10:30 PM asking me to take the OD facility.
I was told that I would be receiving a Cashback of Rs. 6000/- and an email confirmation was also provided to me stating that I would receive the amount within 15 to 20 days.
Bajaj FinServ said that there would be a nominal processing and they charged me Rs. 22, 000/- for that. I thought since I would be receiving the cashback of Rs. 6000 within 20 days, the remaining amount was still nominal.
It's been approximately TWO and A HALF MONTHS(2.5 MONTHS) since I have taken the OD and I have been making continuous calls to the salesperson and the person who has written me the email and the response I am getting is - "SIR SINCE WE HAVE WRITTEN THE EMAIL, IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT IS COMPULSORY AND IT ALL DEPENDS UPON THE MANAGEMENT DECISION WHETHER TO GIVE A CASHBACK TO THE CUSTOMER OR NOT"
And since the last One Month(1 Month), they are not even picking up my calls.
Now I want to know is this the way Bajaj Finserv treats their customers, just take their hard-earned income in the form of Processing Fees and don't even care on their promises and the kind of responses I received are truly scripted.
Below are the persons who have interacted with me:
1. Mr. Kailash Joshi - 892902xxxx(the first person who called me for the OD facility, took all my details even if I was not interested, checked my CIBIL Score and started harassing me)
2. Mr. Ravi - 901076xxxx from Hyderabad(the sales team from Hyderabad. The Salesperson who continuously called multiple times regardless of the timing starting at 7 AM or in the night at 10:30 PM asking me to take the OD facility, at least 10 calls per day for the whole week)
3. Ms. Soniya - 9355447xxxx(claiming that she is from Cashback section). Only asked me multiple times that what was the proof that Bajaj Finserv said anything about the Cashback, ever after providing all the details to her Whatsapp number, still asked me the same.
4. Mr. Rameshwar Reddy - 852081xxxx(Mr. Ravi's supervisor/Manager, who wrote the email in the first place)
My sincere suggestion is to avoid taking the OD Facility especially from Bajaj Finserv on the bogus promise of a cashback, which you'll never receive.
