I had a Loan Account in Bajafinserv. Which I had to transfer it to HDFC, after knowing the fact about the fraudulent activities of Bajafinserv Employees. And they are guarded and protected and trained by Bajafinserv and its management only it seems.
Sumit Kumar and Hiralal Sharma from Bajafinserv availed me of the Home Loan. With some benefits confirmed by mail.
Rate of interest – 8.60%
Processing fee – 0
No prepayment and fore-closer charges
Loan funding is 90% of cost break up
MOD Waiver
Flexible emi holiday every year
Apart from the Processing fee, nothing was fulfilled by Bajafinserv. Even they had closed my Previous Loan which was provided at 8.6% interest in a day and opened a new Loan with ROI 8.9%or more and that too without my approval. I had asked them several times, who gave you the approval to close my previous loan account and start a new with a higher interest rate, but to date, there is no reply.
The Rate of Interest was constantly higher compared to other banks and even on Covid period they were charging my high.
I have complained so many times to their higher management and Grievance dept regarding the false promises by Sumit Kumar and his team. But it was never addressed or justified by Bajafinserv and its management. At the end I decided to transfer my loan account to HDFC. While Transferring the loan also, they tried to play around and 2 times the Disbursement cheque from HDFC got canceled and I had to pay penalty and pre-emi for that. It took almost 3months to get the transfer done. And this is the girl'Keerthana Valluri' who was so prompt in replying to my request for a Foreclosure letter that it took 3 months to get it done. She sits in Bajafinserv Finserv Headoffice Bangalore and she is so rude in her behavior.
I will suggest all of you never go with Bajafinserv and it's any of products. They are not professional and they don't have the simple ethics to deal with their customer. Never get impressed by alluring offers at the initial stage, bcz all these tempting offers are scams I believe.
Thanks
