I gave it for 2nd free service. After 6-7 days, engine oil was leaking from engine. So took it to the showroom. They told drainage nut thread got cut. They send it to local lathe machine and did new threading.
Problem still persisted and again I went to showroom, They asked me to leave bike for 2 days. And they did welding of engine case without intimating me. When I asked them what all you did then they did not say anything about welding.
I would never have come to know about welding thing but thank God! problem persisted again and during cleaning the oil leakage part I saw welded engine case. I complained to Bajaj and later I came to know that ** warranty on engine got void due to:
(1) New threading and
(2) Welding**. Hence, I could not do anything.
Guys! Please make sure if showroom people asks you to give your bike for 2-3 days for servicing. Please ask them what are they going to do? If possible. And do confirm it from the service manager or Bajaj people just by dropping a mail.
