I am very disappointed with Bajaj Allianz service. I have taken two policies from your company "BajajAllianz" for my younger brothers in the year 2013 and paid sincerely all premiums regularly on time. Today when I called customer care to know the due date of premiums payment, I was literally shocked to hear from your service provider that my policy lapsed last year because of the non-payment of premium.
After calling several times lastly I visited the chinchwad Branch of "BajajAllianz" to get problem resolved and again I get the same answer, and no one was ready to believe me.
After a lot of frustration and difficulties, I came home and spend around 3 hours to find recipe of that policies premium paid last year which is around 8300 from my credit card.
Revisited the branch and I had shown them the evidence of payment after that they accepted their mistake and told to update the policies in a week.
Now the question arises!
How I will be able to claim for the policies if something uncertain happened?as well as I have lost all my money paid till date and waiting period of the policy.
Is it our duty to make you guys remember to update our policy after paying the payment.
And how many times the customer have go through all these mess to update the policy which is your part of duty.
Now how can we trust on a company like you who can't be loyal and trustworthy to their customer's.
After all these, I may not able to rely and continue with your product and service. As of now I have policies of Bike, Car, Health, life of your company, now I am feeling regretful to being your customer.
Slogan of your company "Jiyo Befikar" now proved itself BOGUS.
