I purchased a VW car with insurance from Bajaj Allianz and have renewed the policy for ten years now.
The policy was offered as a package by Volkswagen who had a tie up with BAGIC. Now after ten Years I Find that not only VW but BAGIC are dying.
The company has always sought arguments to deny a claim. I filed a claim during the first year of the car and that was paid post which during the ninth running year when I filed a claim the same was manipulatively denied by detaining the car for over 15 days with no repairs seemingly in a liaison amidst the two.
The second that I filed for failure of lock and key covered under the comprehensive plan was denied at the pretext that the same can be availed in case of accident only.
Thirds claim was denied stating that NCB was wrongly issued. Amazingly the German Ethical standards are very high they refuse a claim and reissue a policy and afterwards argue that NCB issued by them is wrong so the policy cannot be honoured.
It appears that the companies have only be formed only to customers and without any intent to offer any service. The company is gloating over loopholes in the systems in India that it takes a long time for customer to fight for their rights and by the time any decision turn up they would have packed their baggage.
Both VW and BAGIC appear to be working in liaison as have sparing work and all they do is evade services and call you back only when they have to sell their ware.
I’ll fight for my rights though it may mean some expenses and a lots of time. It is advisable to stay away from such crooks.
