Worst insurance company. I have applied for motor insurance on 17/6/21 and paid INR31, 925. They haven’t issued the policy yet. I called customer service, employee of Hydrabad branch and his assistant manager several times. Customer service is the worst( as usual). Assistant manager of Hydrabad branch has no control of anything. He doesn’t know what is the status of the policy. When I checked the status online. It says policy pending. It has been more than 8 days I haven’t received the policy. Please don’t choose this company for your insurance needs.
