I think director & producer thought taking Rekha and Mallika would do luck make them kings on one Friday in Bollywood. They failed.
Rekha, whom we saw in Parineeta....was different then what we saw in Bachke...
I can't believe why she has done this movie!!! To prove herself???
Paresh Rawal was also in the film I think to have the comic touch, but in this movie he too could not do a magic
About Mallika Sherawat, well no comments. We simply didn't have any expectations from her.
'Bachke Rehna Re Baba' is supposedly a sex-comedy but unfortunately it fails in both Sex and Comedy
Sex does not make you stare the screen nor the comedy bring your stomach to ache.
I know it was a remake of the Hollywood flick 'Heartbreakers', but director Govind Menon is not even good at copying a film. Forget giving his-own touch.
Comedy: there are some noisey things...nothing else. Looked like attempting to be comic and that led to overacting.
Movie was as if there is no script and the scenes were lacking the continuity.
Everything sex-appeal, comedy, accent appears so fack....
Anu Malik's lyrics were no good. Rekha can't even impress with her voice.
Even with nil expectations Mallika disappoints. Her voice is bad, her dance is bad, her acting is bad.....her smooches are bad
To sum up the title of the film speaks for itself. Indeed, 'Bachke Rehna Re Baba' from his traumatic torture!
