Axis Bank is one of the ruling bank in banking sector with a wide range of services in Indian Economy.
But when it comes to it's services then Axis Bank hits the top list for its worst services to it's valuable customers.
I'm just going to share an incident happened to one of my acquaintance have savings account with Axis.
One of my acquaintance has opened Savings Bank Account in Axis and has deposited huge amount in his Bank account. But without activating his Bank account, Axis has credit his deposits in his Bank account. And when he went to update his passbook then he came to know that his bank account is not activated yet. After putting so many efforts his account has been activated but representatives of Axis had very bad attitude towards customers.
They have also deducted some amount from his deposits and when he enquired about the same then they stated that they have deducted some periodical charges.
Axis Bank do such kind of blunders with its valuable customers so, keep yourself away from this bank.
Recommendation: I don't recommend anyone to take horrible services of this worst bank.
