Contrary to their so called promises in their ads, Axis bank remains one of the worst banking systems. Customer is the last thing on their list of priorities and the most neglected aspect of all. This banks totally fails when comes to customer care and their net banking facility (known as i-connect) is an absolute blunder.
I have been trying to enable the fund transfer facility on my net banking account. I applied four times each time only to meet the crashing failure. I ahd personally submitted the application form twice and had applied on their phone banking service (customer care) a couple of times...
Each time, I was given folly promises to activate the facility and I'm still waiting. The last time I contacted them to check the status of my request, I was told that it is already 'enabled'. However, when I checked in online, I wasn't much surprised to see the the status quo. So they also tell their customer care executives to lie, eh?
For every single thing on net banking, one needs to send an activation request and it's never completed. These cheats somehow shamelessly cut a standard amount annually from your account for using the netbanking...
My suggestion - Try some more local, modest, scheduled banks instead of this one. A BIG NO NO for axis any day!
