The bank opened new branch in near my home. So I went to create a new account
in that branch . I liked their professional approach, well mannered behavior of the
bank people. when I visited my branch for any issues, they are always treat friendly
and they are very helpful.
The branch is only 15 minutes away from my place. this bank has also ATM .
so it is easier for me to deposit, transfer amount or any other service. Axis bank
had many branches to all over place. In all the transactions we can easily use via phone.
internet facility of this bank very good. I had a net banking account in this bank
so it is easy to pay and transfer money, pay my credi bills and etc. I is really very great service.
I have more or less pleased with their bank service and they always helped me
to change my address when I move to new place. But I am not satisfied with the credit card.
I am recommending to the bank. I am the loyal customer to this bank.
