During demonetization only privileged account holders were given direct bank access, I suffered due to privileged account holders and waited in queue for 4 hours. When I closed my account I was supposed to receive final settlement DD, the delivery person kept my envelope on shoe rack and marked a fake signature, that was really disappointing. our neighbors reminded me that an envelope is placed on your show rack this was done by Bank: AXIS BANK
