Guys, I am back with my review and this time my review will be on Axis Bank Credit Card Services.
Axis Bank is one the good banks all over the world, but when it comes to services due to few employees’ bad services or negligence work it goes on to down the reputation of the whole bank.
I am Salary account holder of Axis bank and from last 4 years, I am using Axis Bank Credit Card. As my card was going to expire 04/18, I personally contacted Axis Bank customer care and asked them to update my old address to provided new address. As expected they logged a request number and asked me all the necessary details along with the updated address. The customer care person told me that within next 2 working days an executive from Axis bank will visit the provided new address for address verification.
Within 3 next working days, a person came and verified the address and told me that within 4 to 5 working days address will get updated. So all this process was proper and I thought that as my Credit card will get expire, I will get my new card on my new address.
April 2nd last week I got a call from Blue dart service that my credit card has arrived at my old address. I told him that my new and old address has a difference of 20 km far and right now I can’t come to old address. But I can take it tomorrow but that person didn’t agree and said that he can deliver it in afternoon else he will return it to the bank.
This was the first bad service provided by Axis bank, thought 2 months before I had updated the address still it was not updated it there database and it was delivered to the old address.
After 4 to 5 days I got a message that my axis card is being returned to the bank and I need to call a toll free number for further assistance. I called the customer care and narrated all the story, he told me that he is sorry for the inconvenience caused and he is going to take a request to update the address and it will take 1 working day and I need to again call them and request to dispatch the card on the new address.

So after 2 working days, I call back again to Axis customer care and now the executive says that address is still not updated and I have to go through all the process again or have to visit nearest Axis bank branch. I told him that I don’t have time so I had called customer care and provided all the necessary details and that too was verified and now how they can say that I have to go through the process again. I asked told him that I need to talk his team leader or any other concern person.
He transferred my call to other executive and he assured me that he will process on the request number and will update the address and that will be notified by SMS. Now 3 days have passed I have not received any SMS nor any call.
So disappointed with the service provided by Axis Bank Credit Card Department. May month first week has already passed and I don’t have my updated card to use.
Please don't trust these customer care as there negligence work can affect our all proper going work and also making down the reputation of bank.
