Again I am facing the same problem. Every time when I tried to pay my premium online I always face some error. Today I was paying online payment but my bank account has been deducted the amount of Rs. 2000 but your website respond me a message like this “Your payment is not success” Where is my money Rs. 2000? My bank statement clearly shows deduction of this amount towards Aviva. Attached is snapshot.
When I tried my online Aviva account on Aviva website “https://online.avivaindia.com/econnect/login.aspx”
I got the error on your login page. Please test your website functionality, it’s login page is not working. I faced many problems with Aviva online services. Now I am very much frustrated.
