For all the novices of this world,lookin’ for something that is so very compact and so very easy...we have an answer...AVG antivirus !!

Avg is the easily the easiest antivirus utility available in the market today. It has received various awards for a 100 % detection rate. Check out its site for more detail. The site is https://grisoft.com.

The best thing about AVG is that it is very very easy to use. Its setup is very simple. It does not have any problems if you have another antivirus already installed. In that way, it has no ’ego problems’. Also, the interface is damn easy to look at. No fancy features, no fancy buttons and decorations. What that means is that it is very easy on your system. It works without a hitch on my 64 MB RAM. I’ve had so much problems working with Norton that I really cannot describe them all in this review. Also, the only time that my comp has crashed royally (in three years !!) is when I installed a demo of Norton 2002 family edition. God forbid, I shall never touch Norton again. Also, Norton, McAfee and lots of other commercial products are very resource hungry and don’t even think of playin’ a song while checkin’ for viruses !! Specially if you are a poor person like mua’, who doesn’t have so much RAM.

Now, one more thing is that AVG is easily the smallest antivirus utility out there. I mean, the setup is hardly 3 MB or so. The newest versions might be bigger. Also, the update files are goddamn easy to download and install. You can either do it with the program itself or you can directly download a ZIP file from the ite. Theres no need to download two seperate files for virus and program updates. Also, in PC Cillin, you can’t directly download the progrm update files. You have to do it thru the program only. No such hassle here. Everything comes in that same zip file. COOL right ?? Just put it in the folder and the program does it all by itself. And you can just do your favourite thing meanwhile...bum around !! Also, its got everything your Norton promises. Startup scan, online protection, real time check, quarantine etc etc.

Now....hold your breaths !!!
