Lazy dogs . Review on AVA Merchandising

Frankly I would never go for any deals with a vendor like this one ..

Why:

1. They have no website or contact Email

   
   




2. Although they have a toll-free but the support team is very poor, many don't even know what are the products with ava.

   
   




3. No secure CARD IVR system . . .

   
   

4.Provide Fake dispatch date etc

I am writing this review because of the bad experience I had with ava. I received a silver card from citibank with some offers like ... FOCE watch pair1800rs[ 4800Rs..mrp ]., bed spread set 499Rs[claimed to be 2900Rs actually] etc... As I saw ava auctioned on airdeccan, i had a good image about the company...

So I decided to go for the bed spread ...

I ordered 3 quantity ...my order was placed on 2nd July..the so called executive told he will send a confirmation sms with order number .. 3 calls 8 days gone ...

Suddenly on 10th SMS was delivered on mobile ...Your order No XXXXXX has been dispatched ..expected delivery

17th July

I used the number to see online .... Aramex site ...says the "shipment record created on 13th"..whoa....the AVA gave the tailor to weive the bed sheet soo 12days delay :):)

I waited till 17 th ..then 18th ......till now made calls ...... It was very interesting to see that the executives could not track shipments by name , location ....you are asked to give order No or card no!

The executive told please (fxxk )call the courier ..... I called courier 3 times .... Finally courier guy tells calls delhi office ..courier packet is not despatched .... I wonder a car is delivered from DEL-BLR on 5 days ..then how this ava unit is not delivered after 21days... May be courier comapany(may be a tiny family) is waiting for MAMAJI who goes to BLR to carry

What a cleaver company ....they can hide the goods that are not available..showing fake despatch date... N charge your card

Till now no goods were delivered ...when they will come ....god knows

UPDATE:

The courier company has added :3 fake attempted delivery starting 22nd/23rd etc..

As my address is a company address ..there is no record of anyone who attempted to deliver

Any goods to me

24th finally bedsheets arrived,

Goods quality:

Very cheap silk ..just like one uses to cover TV , Sound Systems Etc. Locally made.

Looks:.the pack is filled with "color printout" ...hehe to give a fake branded product..

Looks like 200Rs salwar kamij cloth

Please never deal with AVA ...save your money for better goods ...
